Products purchased remotely
According to the current legislation, GEO 34/2014, the right to cancel a purchase is only applicable to individual customers. Thus, the consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing or by telephone that he/she cancels the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 30 days of receiving the product.
How do you proceed to return a product?
Use the return form in your customer account or contact us by phone at 0744.157.778 or by email contact@ministyle.ro to create a new exchange or return request.
Pack the product so that it is protected during transport.
As soon as possible, your request will be taken over by an operator, and a courier will pick up the package within 24-48 business hours.
After processing the return, only the price paid for the ordered products will be refunded, excluding shipping costs from the initial order.
The refund period is 14 business days from the date of processing the return. You will receive a notification from us via email when the transaction has been processed.
The refund will be made to the card account (if the product was paid for online) or by bank transfer, to an account indicated by you on the return request completed on the website or sent by email or WhatsApp to the number 0744.157.778
If you want to change the size, you will have to pay a shipping fee of 14 lei, and the exchange order is limited to 3 products.
In this case, please contact us by phone after sending the return request.
In case of returning a defective product, please contact us by phone/WhatsApp 0744.157.778. Or by email at contact@ministyle.ro, attaching a picture of the defective product, to send the courier company to pick up the product in exchange for that defect. In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by our company.
Return conditions
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
•Products must be accompanied by an identification label
•Products must be returned with accessories.
•Products that show signs of damage or that have been worn are not accepted for return.
If the product size is not the right one, it can be replaced with a product of the appropriate size or a similar product.
MiniStyle has an entire team that deals exclusively with the quality of the items. This way you have the guarantee that the items ordered from https://ministyle.ro are in impeccable condition.
In case there is an exception, ministyle.ro assumes responsibility and the item will be replaced with an identical one (model, size and color), bearing the shipping costs (round trip, return).
